Based on decree signed by President, Oleg Yesayan – RA Ambassador to Russia, has been dismissed. Vardan Toghanyan has been appointed the new Ambassador instead. The newly appointed Ambassador is 49 years old, candidate of Historical Sciences, holds a PhD in Political Sciences, and has been employed for the Armenian Embassy in Moscow for years.
