Parking a car in Yerevan central streets has become a time consuming, sometimes impossible thing for drivers. Even though the introduction of “red lines” was supposed to change the situation, yet many of the shops and café owners have placed signs prohibiting parking on the red lines in front of their facilities, thus providing parking space for their customers/clients only. Drivers’ Rights defender Eduard Hovhannisyan announced today the above mentioned action being violation of law.
