Among the most obvious examples of crimes are tortures of retreated combatant and military captives, beheadings, shooting those scenes and publically demonstrating them, as well as killing peaceful civilians and torturing their corpses.
RA Defense Minister announces both Azerbaijani authorities and the individuals in charge of these military crimes will carry legal responsibility before international community for military crimes and violation of International Law.
