The grain harvest hasn't ended in Odzun, there is still wheat in the fields. But people can't grind all the wheat. The reason is that the flour millwas unused for a long time and only lately renewed its work.
Already 660 hectares of land were harvested in Tumanyan region. The record breaking amount of harvest is received especially from the elite seeds of wheat given to the villagers by the state support.
The villagers are forced to wait in queue to turn wheat into flour. The inhabitants of Odzun connect the solution of this and various other problems of the village with the reconstruction of the Stepanavan-Alaverdi highway.
After the reconstruction of the road the amount of cultivated land will also be raised because they stretch along the highway for 10 kilometers.
