The love for literature and especially for poetry is developed mainly in school. And mainly teachers are to be "blamed" for loving or not loving a writer or a work.
So the more interesting and easy this or that work is presented to the pupils the better they discover the world of poetry for themselves.

Decades of observation showed that the difficulty of language study is that the pupils being forced to learn poems by heart don't like Western Armenian poems.
