The descendants of the Genocide survivors recall the stories of their ancestors

These days the descendants of the Genocide survivors are gathered together to commemorate the sorrow and bereavement of their ancestors.

There are over a dozen such families in Gavar city, where the children, grandchildren and relatives of the Genocide survivors live. Ara Gevorgyan still remembers the stories about his grandfather Ruben who settled down in New Bayazet. Ara also keeps his grandfather’s recordings.
