The government encourages advanced students and partially refunds their tuitions. 1040 students participated in the scholarship competition of the Armenian Youth Foundation and 648 of them received partial refund of the tuition.
According to the project each of the students received 80.000 drams. It is approximately 20% of the tuition. Some of the students received their certificates from the Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan. He pointed out that the social status of the student must not be an obstacle for his education.
