Within the framework of the 56th Annual Session of the General Assembly of the Organization of American States (OAS), Ambassador Narek Mkrtchyan participated in a dialogue held among the heads of delegations of OAS member states, the Secretary General, and the heads of delegations of observer states to the organization.
In the statement delivered on behalf of Armenia, the importance of initiatives aimed at promoting regional connectivity, advancing the peace agenda, and expanding cooperation with the countries of the Americas in the economic, technological, and other fields was emphasized.
At the same time, Armenia reaffirmed its commitment to the principles of democracy, security, and sustainable development, highlighting the importance of further strengthening partnerships with OAS member and observer countries.
