Türkiye highly values the negotiation process between Azerbaijan and Armenia, as well as the progress achieved in the course of the peace talks, Turkish Parliament Speaker Numan Kurtulmuş said at the 20th Session of the Conference of the Parliamentary Union of the OIC Member States in Baku.
Kurtulmuş says Ankara hopes that Azerbaijan and Armenia will reach a final peace agreement.
"I hope that a lasting and genuine peace will be established between Azerbaijan and Armenia. The South Caucasus will become a region of peace, tranquility, and stability," Kurtulmuş said.
