Aide to the President of Azerbaijan Hikmet Hajiyev stated that Baku has good neighborly relations with all neighbors, including Armenia.
He added that the visit of the Azerbaijani delegation to Armenia was also a historic event.
Hajiyev also noted that a new status quo is being formed in the region, based on legality, legitimacy, and the norms and principles of international law.
