Ambassador Narek Mkrtchyan met with a group of students from Georgetown University’s Master of Science in Foreign Service (MSFS) program, presenting the current agenda of Armenia-United States bilateral relations and responding to questions of interest to the students, Armenia’s Embassy to the U.S. reports.
During the meeting held on March 23, Ambassador Mkrtchyan addressed the “Trump Route for International Peace and Prosperity” (TRIPP) initiative, emphasizing the importance of developing new routes of communication, trade, and connectivity. He also provided details on Armenia-U.S. bilateral memoranda and their practical significance, and touched upon opportunities for cooperation in the fields of artificial intelligence, semiconductors, energy, and capacity building.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the Ambassador answered students’ questions related to Armenian-American political and economic relations, regional developments, the Armenian community, prospects for the application of artificial intelligence, and other topics.
