Armenian ambassador to Germany Viktor Yengibaryan and Azerbaijani ambassador to Germany Nasimi Aghayev on Tuesday participated in a discussion titled “Turning-Point Times in the South Caucasus: Historic Peace between Azerbaijan and Armenia, the Role of Germany, and Europe’s New Eastern Connection,” the Embassy of Armenia to Germany reports.
In his remarks, Armenian Ambassador Yengibaryan thanked the German government and personally foreign minister Johann Wadephul, who was previously the Chairman of the Germany-South Caucasus Friendship Group of the German Bundestag, for the constructive work and support provided during the previous period.
The event was attended by dozens of analysts, MPs, and members of the media.
