Over the past two weeks, 77 people suspected of links to the Gülen organization have been arrested in 34 provinces of Turkey, Turkish Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya said.
According to him, 43 individuals have already been remanded in custody, judicial control measures have been imposed on one of the detainees, while proceedings against the others are ongoing.
The minister noted that the detainees had been in contact with members of the movement, were involved in financing charities linked to terrorist organizations, and had also disseminated propaganda of the Gülen movement on social media.
