“We are building peace not only with the Government of Armenia but also with its people,” said Hikmet Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan.
According to him, Baku is consistently strengthening its economic interdependence with Yerevan by supplying petroleum products and facilitating the export of grain to the Armenian market.
Referring to the repeal of Section 907 in the US Congress, Hajiyev emphasized that Armenia and Azerbaijan are working intensively to strengthen peace.
“However, some in Congress are putting forward completely unnecessary legislative acts that sow discrimination,” the Azerbaijani presidential aide noted.
He added that Baku’s cooperation with the administration of Donald Trump is proceeding successfully.
