Armenian Minister of Economy Gevorg Papoyan held a meeting with Israel’s Ambassador Joel Lion.
The Honorary Consul of Israel in Armenia, Achot Chakhmouradian, also attended the meeting.
According to a readout issued by the ministry, the prospects for economic cooperation and increasing trade turnover between Armenia and Israel, as well as the possibilities for implementing joint investment projects, were discussed. Attention was also given to cooperation in the fields of agriculture, water resource management, and tourism.
The minister presented details of the TRIPP and Crossroads of Peace projects, aimed at unlocking regional connectivity routes, and invited the Israeli Ambassador to participate in the Crossroads of Peace Investment Summit scheduled for 2026.
