Reuters. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said on Monday (December 1) that Ukraine's priority in the peace talks was to obtain strong security guarantees from Europe and the United States.
Zelenskiy, who is visiting Paris for talks with President Emmanuel Macron, called on Kyiv's allies to ensure that Russia was not rewarded for the war it has started.
The Ukrainian leader also told at joint news conference with Macron that he waited to meet Ukrainian delegation tomorrow in Ireland to speak about the results of negotiations in the United States.
U.S. and Ukrainian officials held what both sides called productive talks on Sunday (November 30) about a Russia peace deal.
