Russia is ready to discuss in various formats all of Armenia’s possible concerns regarding bilateral relations, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry said, commenting on the information about “hybrid wars” against Armenia.
According to Maria Zakharova, Moscow does not wage hybrid wars and respects the sovereign choice of any people. The official added that such behavior is typical of the West.
Zakharova assured that Russia has always been and remains Armenia’s reliable ally and always comes to the country’s aid immediately. The Spokesperson of the Russian Foreign Ministry recalled that, for example, in June 2024, Russian specialists restored the railway damaged by floods in northern Armenia.
