Speaking at a meeting of coalition leaders in London on Friday, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy meanwhile called for stronger air defences and said Kyiv must find a way to produce its own systems, noting Europe had delivered Patriot systems under US licences.
This, as NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte said a decision on sending long-range Tomahawk cruise missiles to Ukraine remains under review by US President Donald Trump.
"It's up to the US to decide," he said.
