Reuters. U.S. President Donald Trump said on Tuesday (October 21), when asked why his planned summit in Hungary with Russian President Vladimir Putin was put on hold, said he did not want to have a wasted meeting.
Speaking to reporters in the Oval Office, Trump said he had not made a determination about the meeting, which the president had wanted to hold soon in Budapest.
