After the meeting with Donald Trump, the Ukrainian President answered journalists’ questions.
When asked what concessions Kyiv is ready to make and whether it will give up the prospect of NATO membership, Volodymyr Zelensky replied that the most important thing now is to achieve a ceasefire.
“We want peace, Putin doesn’t. We are ready for negotiations in any format,” Zelensky stressed.
Regarding Euro-Atlantic integration, the Ukrainian President emphasized that reliable security guarantees are much more important for Kyiv. Zelensky added that the most difficult issue now is the issue of territories.
