Russia sees that some countries are preparing for nuclear tests and will respond in kind if they are carried out. This was stated by Russian President Vladimir Putin at the plenary session of the Valdai conference.
“Someone is preparing these tests. We see it, we know it. And if they take place, we will do the same,” the Russian leader said.
