French President Emmanuel Macron congratulated the leaders of Armenia and Azerbaijan on the progress achieved in the peace process.
The signing of the peace declaration between Armenia and Azerbaijan is a major achievement, Macron said during a panel discussion held on the sidelines of the European Political Community Summit in Copenhagen.
“We are focused on developments in the South Caucasus and the Western Balkans”, the French president added.
