On September 22, I took part in the NATO Parliamentary Assembly’s 108th Rose-Roth Seminar held in Armenia under the theme “Armenia and the South Caucasus in a Changing World: Strengthening Democracy and Regional Security,” where I delivered a welcoming speech.
