Armenia will continue its cooperation with interested member states of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) to further develop mutually beneficial partnership with the organization, Foreign Ministry Սpokesperson Ani Badalyan told 'Lurer'.
“At this stage, we will not go into details of the process, but I can say that we see sufficient constructive approaches and mutual understanding regarding Armenia’s membership,” the Սpokesperson said.
Earlier, media reports suggested that Pakistan had blocked Armenia’s accession to the SCO. Meanwhile, Azerbaijani outlets claimed that India had blocked Azerbaijan’s full membership in the same organization.
