Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan spoke by phone on Wednesday with his Kyrgyz counterpart Jeenbek Kulubayev.
According to a readout issued by the foreign ministry, Kulubayev congratulated Mirzoyan on the Washington accords signed between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
FM Mirzoyan presented details about the agreements, including the opportunities arising from the initialing of the Agreement on Establishment of Peace and Inter-State Relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan, as well as the unblocking of regional infrastructures.
Bilateral and multilateral partnerships were also discussed.
