US President Donald Trump announced that Washington and Moscow discussed reducing their nuclear arsenals.
"We're talking about missiles, nuclear weapons and many other things. We want to involve Beijing as well. China could catch up with us in nuclear weapons in five years. We want denuclearization," the US President said in a conversation with reporters, speaking about his meeting with Vladimir Putin in Alaska.
Trump said that he had recently spoken with Chinese President Xi Jinping. The White House chief added that he intends to travel to Beijing this year or next.
"We both have cards, but if I were to use them, it would destroy China. I hope we can build a good relationship," the US President concluded.
