I congratulate President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan on initialling a peace agreement, said EU Enlargement Commissioner Marta Kos.
"This is a decisive step towards lasting peace and stability. I look forward to my upcoming visit to Armenia and Azerbaijan and stand ready to support the normalisation process and regional connectivity," she stated on X.
