Kaja Kallas, EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy said Russia wants to destroy Ukraine.
“In doing so, it is also breaking the pledge it made 50 years ago today in the Helsinki Final Act. Respect for sovereignty, territorial integrity & every country’s right to choose its alliances. We will not let Russia tear these principles apart”, she said in a post on X.
