“We are convinced that all emerging issues should be resolved in a partnership way, using the existing political and diplomatic channels,” she said.
Zakharova noted that they are asked questions about what to do in the conditions that Azerbaijani TV channels show, news agencies of that country report, whether they should plan their trips to Azerbaijan.
She advised Russian citizens planning a trip to Azerbaijan to carefully consider the current situation and wait for additional information.
