US Secretary of State Marco Rubio addressed possible new sanctions against Russia.
"The administration is now working with Congress to convince it to provide Trump with the necessary flexibility. However, if sanctions are imposed, this will mean that the window for negotiations with Russia will most likely close," Rubio said.
He added that everyone is demanding weapons from the United States for Ukraine and sanctions against Russia. According to the Secretary of State, this would mean that Washington would lose the opportunity to talk about a ceasefire with Moscow.
