The 5th Forum of Armenia-France Decentralized Cooperation has started in Goris, Armenia.
Goris city of Armenia’s Syunik Province was chosen as the venue for this forum, taking into account the strategic importance of Syunik, as well as the cooperation between this Armenian province and the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region of France.
Mayors, regional delegations, parliamentarians, including the chairpersons of the France-Armenia friendship groups of the French National Assembly and Senate, as well as the president of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes regional council are among the guests arriving in Armenia from France to participate in this forum.
Representatives of Armenia's Ministries of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Culture, the Economy, the Ministry of Higher Education and Science, the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, the Yerevan Municipality, as well as other regional and city guests will participate on the Armenian side.
