Slovenia has been very strongly supporting the Prime Minister from the very beginning. We believe that this is a very important opportunity for peace and stability in the region. These are bilateral interests for everyone. This was stated by the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign and European Affairs of Slovenia Tanja Fajon at a press conference, addressing the question of how she assesses the Crossroads of Peace project presented by the Armenian Government, and what Slovenia’s position is on it.
“The entire European Union strongly supports the Crossroads of Peace project. For this reason, we attach great importance to the peace treaty, the project, because it can really open new doors to create this sincere peace agenda,” she said.
