I expressed my gratitude and high appreciation for Slovenia's position, the statement regarding the agreement on the text of the peace treaty between Armenia and Azerbaijan. I also presented the latest developments in the process. This was stated by Armenia's Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan during a joint press conference with Slovenian Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign and European Affairs Tanja Fajon, referring to the private conversation preceding the press conference.
"We hope that Armenia's peace agenda will also begin to bear tangible fruits. In particular, we have spoken about the peace treaty between Armenia and Azerbaijan. As before, we are ready to start consultations with Azerbaijan in advance to determine the place and date of signing the agreement," the Minister announced.
