India does not plan to open a market for Russian grain imports yet, the focus is on exporting Indian producers, Indian Ambassador to Russia Vinay Kumar told reporters.
"We want to export our own wheat, India is an exporter in itself. Its goal is to export itself," he said.
The Ambassador stressed that, if necessary, restrictions on the supply of Russian grain will be lifted, but so far there is no such need.
