The Azerbaijani Minister of Foreign Affairs, Jeyhun Bayramov, and his Turkish counterpart, Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu, held a phone conversation on May 5, Foreign Ministry reports.
During the conversation, the foreign ministers exchanged views on bilateral and multilateral cooperation issues between Azerbaijan and Turkey, as well as the current regional situation.
The ministers also discussed the recent negotiations on the draft peace treaty between Azerbaijan and Armenia.
The sides touched upon other issues of mutual interest during the telephone conversation.
