On December 14, the Chairman of Armenia’s National Assembly Standing Committee on Defense and Security Affairs, Andranik Kocharyan, wrote to his colleagues of the NATO PA member states, presenting the provocative actions carried out by Azerbaijan and called for appropriate steps to be taken to condemn similar actions.
