There are a number of humanitarian issues in Armenia after the second Artsakh war. It is first of all about the captives, civilians, who continue to be held in Baku. Azerbaijan refuses to return them. Another important issue is blocking the entry of international organizations to Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh). How do you see the solution to these issues? During today's press conference, the question of "Lurer" was answered by the Austrian Federal Minister of European Affairs Alexander Schallenberg.
“I believe we are aware that many stakeholders intend to do good deeds. We have immediate neighbors, the Minsk Group co-chairs, and whatever it is, we must direct the process within the OSCE. The international community cannot replace the political will of the parties. The international community needs Yerevan, Baku, Armenians and Azerbaijanis to show the will to move forward. We know the wound is still open,” Schallenberg said.
The Austrian Foreign Minister sees the readiness to take the right steps.
