The Sinopharm vaccine has been approved by the World Health Organization (WHO) for use against COVID-19, according to Armenia’s Ministry of Health.
A clinical trial of the third phase of Sinopharm vaccine showed that the second dose of the vaccine was 79% effective 14 days after the second dose against symptomatic SARS-CoV-2 infection.
And the efficiency of hospitalization prevention is 79%.
