The musicians of the rock band System of a Down are convinced that there could not be a stronger reason for reunification than Artsakh. Last time they worked together in the studio 15 years ago. Today they are together again to show their support for the Homeland.

The release of the songs has two purposes, said Serj Tankian, to inform the world about what is happening through followers and foreign media and to raise funds for Artsakh by spreading them. Proceeds from the songs will be donated to the Hayastan All-Armenian Fund.

The idea of performing a joint song for Artsakh came from John Dolmayan. After the start of the war, he invited his friends to gather. They wrote and videotaped in a matter of days, by condensely presenting the protest, anger, spirit and united strength of the whole people.
From the first day of the war, the musicians of the band SOAD have been informing millions of fans on social media about the attack of Azerbaijan, Turkey and war crimes on Artsakh, telling what the world is silent about.
It takes a long time for the world to realize what is happening, says John Dolmayan. This time, too, they divert attention from what they have done, that is, rape, murder, and the destruction of Christianity. It seems that this is their main goal, said John Dolmayan.
