Today the Court issued a decision on the motion of the National Security Service to detain Gagik Tsarukyan, the PAP leader will not be arrested.
On June 16, the parliament had agreed by secret ballot to prosecute the PAP leader.
The National Security Service has initiated a criminal case against PAP leader Gagik Tsarukyan, which is related to 2017 elections. The cases is about the distributing electoral bribes in favor of the "Tsarukyan" bloc in the NA elections.
