Putin and Lukashenko met in Moscow.
Russia is not a brotherly country for Belarus any longer, but only a strategic partner, as announced Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko during the meeting dedicated to the relationship with Russia. On December 25, Lukashenko left for Moscow. Both Lukashenko and Putin admitted that they have problems, but promised to solve them.
