Yerevan City Council completed the leadership of the Municipality in an extraordinary session. Hayk Marutyan offered former Deputy Mayor Vahe Nikoyan the position of Mayor’s Advisor, but Nikoyan declined. Marutyan will make the same offer to former Deputy Mayor Kamo Areyan.
