Respondent Tigran Mukuchyan in his turn stated the given claims have no grounds that will prove the truth, since the application filed by Congress lacks any proper documents, instead being totally based on third party thoughts expressed by observers. Precinct Election Commissions did not receive any written complaints, accordingly Central Election Commission continued conducting its regular functions consistently.
