Snow weight and thawing have eventually damaged one of Aparan two-storey buildings. Rescuers had to evacuate 12 families from dilapidated block of flats. The families, with total of 22 people, were advised to stay at their relatives’ houses while the problem is being solved. The building has dilapidated to such extent, that the main walls have separated from the ceilings and the floor and are likely to collapse at any moment. Ministry of Emergency Situations has reported to Aparan city hall and Aragatsotn governor.
