The Senate demands that PACE president Pedro Agramunt provides an explanation on what his connection is to Azerbaijani Cavirar Diplomacy, and how come his name appeared for the second time in a report on caviar diplomacy published on December 17, 2016. Senators urged Madrid to hand over the case to Prosecutor General's office.
