On April 12, 1919, Turkey’s Prosecutor General posted an indictment, according to which heads of Young Turks Enver, Talaat, Jemal, Dr. Nazim and other organizers of the genocide were sentenced to death in absentia.
Armenian avengers decided to reach justice. 650 names of the genocide criminals were recorded in the IX meeting of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation, and 41 names were singled out.
