Today a hot bill debate was underway at the Parliament, related directly to the drivers, more precisely to the ones who break laws.
There are thousands of drivers whose bank accounts are frozen for not paying the fines for violating speedmeasuring equipments’ and other traffic regulations. According to the new Bill on Administrative Transgressions the person is considered notified in case he or she personally signs the notification receipt.
The oppositional four parties held their separate session apart from the plenary session. After the session the Dashnaktsutyun Party representative said many questions had been discussed. The Four will further offer to legislatively state the status of border settlements, initiate a National Assembly’s members committee on the “Nairit” issue. After the amendments in the Accumulative Pensions law they decided to apply to the Constitutional Court of Armenia.
