One of the most important issues on the agenda of the President of the European Commission’s visit will be the possibility of ensuring easier access for Armenian products, particularly agriproducts, to the European Union market, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated during a government briefing. European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen is scheduled to visit Baku and then Yerevan next week.
“Recently, the Foreign Minister participated in the meeting of the Foreign Affairs Council in Brussels, and there is a possibility that Armenia will receive exceptional opportunities in this regard.
I hope that we will be able to finalize this project with the President of the European Commission so that we can make a joint announcement during her visit to Yerevan,” he said.
