No military position has been built by Azerbaijan on the territory of Armenia. The Minister of Defense of Armenia, Suren Papikyan, told this to reporters in the National Assembly today—and addressing the question of whether Azerbaijan has built any military positions on the sovereign territories of Armenia since 2021.
“No, it has not built,” Papikyan noted.
And to the question of whether there are any Azerbaijani military positions on the sovereign territory of Armenia, Papikyan replied: “No, I refute [it]. I refute [it] once again. No [Azerbaijani military] position has been built on the territory of the Republic of Armenia. The Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia has issued an official statement. I am telling you that no [Azerbaijani military] position has been built on the territory of the Republic of Armenia.”
