Armenia's Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan described “mutual benefits” as the guarantee of peace between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
Speaking at the Orbeli Forum 2025: Building Peace and Multilateral Cooperation, FM Mirzoyan said he considers the guarantee of peace with Azerbaijan to be the mutual benefit of the agreements already reached, as well as those to be reached in the future, for Armenia, Azerbaijan, and other countries in the region.
“This mutual benefit, I believe, is what will give durability and longevity to the Peace Agreement to be signed and to the declaration that has already been signed. Armenia will have no interest in violating these agreements, Azerbaijan will have no interest in violating these agreements, Turkey will have no interest in disrupting this process, and the same applies to all other countries,” Mirzoyan said.
